Please be sure you are prepared for a puppy prior to submitting payment. There are NO REFUNDS under any circumstance for changing your mind.
Deposit Form Submission- Everyone must fill out a deposit form to purchase one of our puppies. If you do not wish to submit the deposit form, please do not submit payment for any of our puppies. There will be no refunds. Itsy Lolli Pups Deposit Form

Payment Money Forms- No refunds. Upon submitting payment, a Payment Deposit Form must be filled and submitted in a timely manner. It’s a legal binding contract between seller and buyer. No puppy will be reserved if Form is not filled and submitted/brought-in-at-pickup accordingly.
Reserving/Paying in full- You can reserve with $600 and pay the remainder in full at pickup. Puppy must be paid in full before going home. Feel free to contact me at anytime to set up button for the desired payment amount if requiring shipping.
What will go home with my puppy- Blanket, sock monkey, current wet and dry Food, shirt (boys) dress (girls), carrier, receipt of purchase, pedigree, vaccination record, care sheet brochure, puppy may be fixed/microchip at out discretion and a Lifetime of Support.
Services- We offer various puppy concierge services as well as puppy boarding. Inquire about price!
Appointments- Must be made through e-mail, social media, call, website or text. Please be ready to provide us with the puppy you are interested in viewing to purchase. You will also meet the parents. If you can’t make your scheduled appointment, let us know in advance. We are more than happy to reschedule or cancel.

Warranty- Puppy is 100% healthy and will go home up-to-date-vaccinated. We pride ourselves on being responsible breeders who would go above and beyond to ensure the customer’s satisfaction. We would never knowingly sell a mix-bred, aggressive or unhealthy puppy. For the first year, I also guarantee all of our puppies against hereditary problems or congenital defects. If such issue were to arise, with vet documentation puppy can be surrendered for a replacement or a full refund. This does not include Worms, Giardia or Parvo. We are not responsible for vet bills. Shipping charges to return a puppy will be at the buyer’s expense.
Sales Terms- We won’t sell to anybody who’s under the age of 18 years old unless accompanied by an adult. As a parent or guardian of child, you are fully responsible for the care and well-being of the puppy. As well as the supervision of the puppy with your pets, children among others. NO refunds will be given for accidents. I reserve the right to modify sales terms and policy at any given time as I see it necessary. All legal disputes will be filed and held in Alameda County Courthouse.
